This week, Resignation Media, the parent company of the popular website TheChive, and the Murray Brothers announced the launch of William Murray Golf, a new lifestyle and apparel brand that “seeks to embody Murray’s irreverent approach to golf.”
The collection is “the Bill Murray-est thing yet”, according to GQ, and that’s the highest of compliments. In my opinion, the collection is pretty damn spectacular.
William Murray Golf’s logo, instead of a pony or animal or animal riding a pony, is an illustration of the legend hurling a golf club through the air in frustration. Golf Digest explains it was inspired by a photo of Murray doing the exact same thing in a Pebble Beach tournament earlier this year.
Some Bill Murray golf collection products will be available online this week, the full line will launch Oct. 20. Start shopping here before they sell out.
