The man behind this website is a 37-year-old father of two young kids. He’s got a full time job, a part time job because the full time job doesn’t cover all the bills and several side projects he’s trying to get off the ground.
Long story short he’s got too much to do and little time to do it. He learned not too long ago to get as much done as possible, in a short amount of time, there’s got to be a certain level of planning. Ideas or actions intended to deal with a problem or situation. To sum it all up — a plan of attack.
This is the inspiration behind Man of Attack.
Man of Attack is a personal game plan –but for everyone to try. It’s a blueprint to get tasks done in as little time as possible. Man of Attack tackles big picture issues like
how to stop worrying that everybody hates your guts, how to give effective criticism without coming off like a jerk and how to get in and out of the gym fast.
Man of Attack offers fitness tips, motivational tools, gear for the hectic lifestyle, ideas for life and items for the mind and body. The easy part will be reading. The hard part is putting all this into practice. We’ll help with the former, the latter is all up to you.
