Hi, I’m Chris, and I’m guy…wait the “man” behind this website.

I’ve got a full time job, a part time job because the full time job doesn’t cover all the bills and several side projects I’m trying to get off the ground. I’ve written five books, run multiple websites, I’ve got two young kids and a million things I want to do in life.

Long story short, I’ve got too much to do and too little time to accomplish it all.

I did learn, not too long ago, that to get as much done as possible in a short amount of time involves considerable planning. In other words, a plan of attack.

That’s the inspiration behind this website.

Man of Attack is a personal game plan — but for everyone. I’m going to be learning a ton of new stuff. I’m going to attempt many new things. I’m going to either find success or fall on my ass. Either way, we’ll all learn a little something. Even though the lessons are personal, I hope that everyone can learn from each experience. You can learn from my successes and especially learn from my mistakes. The website is a blueprint to a new life.

Man of Attack will tackle big picture issues like how to stop worrying that everybody hates your guts, how to give effective criticism without coming off like a jerk and how to get in and out of the gym fast. Man of Attack will offer fitness tips, motivational tools, offer reviews of products, show off new gear for the hectic lifestyle, provides ideas for everyday life and news about the mind and body.

The mantra at Man of Attack is simple — not tomorrow, not someday, right damn now. The easy part will be reading. The hard part is putting all this into practice.
